These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and helpslots ("helpslots," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the helpslots online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at helpslots.net (the "Platform").

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the helpslots Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of helpslots or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming service; (d) individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers by any recognized authority.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) helpslots account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. helpslots reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. helpslots is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpslots login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. helpslots will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify helpslots immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your helpslots account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. helpslots reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable unclaimed funds regulations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. helpslots accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your helpslots account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. helpslots does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and bonus wagering requirement completion. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. helpslots reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the helpslots cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are also specified on the cashier page.

4.5 Funds Ownership. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your name. helpslots does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by helpslots are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your helpslots account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real money or bonus funds as specified — not both simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. helpslots employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Modification of Promotions. helpslots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 RNG Certification. All helpslots games that use Random Number Generator technology are independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. Certification reports are available upon request. helpslots does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the helpslots Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of wagers.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game outcome, helpslots reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. helpslots's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact helpslots customer support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. helpslots will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Game logs maintained by helpslots constitute the definitive record of game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslots Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

(a) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;

(b) Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

(c) Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform;

(d) Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;

(e) Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;

(f) Harassing, threatening, or abusing helpslots staff or other players;

(g) Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;

(h) Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the helpslots Platform.

All content on the helpslots Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual elements, is the property of helpslots or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the helpslots Platform without the prior written consent of helpslots. The helpslots name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of helpslots and may not be used without authorization.

9.1 The helpslots Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. helpslots makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.3 helpslots's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit helpslots's liability for fraud, gross neglig ence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

helpslots collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the helpslots Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

helpslots implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and helpslots cannot guarantee absolute data security.

helpslots will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers).

13.2 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the helpslots Platform.

13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact helpslots customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for helpslots to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
