Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpslots login credentials. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by helpslots are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your helpslots account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. helpslots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslots Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
(a) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
(b) Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
